Downstairs features lounge, kitchen, dining, study, one bedroom, bathroom, laundry and access to garage. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, separate toilet and main bathroom.

DOWNSTAIRS
Step inside to discover a well-presented home with a charming country feel. To the left, youâll find the lounge room complete with a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. As you continue to the right, youâll be greeted by expansive ocean views and a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area.
The dining space flows seamlessly onto a lovely terrace, ideal for entertaining, which overlooks the chlorine pool and the ocean beyond. Just off the dining room is a dedicated workspace and a separate kidsâ TV room, providing space for both productivity and play. Also on the ground floor is a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed. Through the fully equipped kitchen you find the laundry and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, making downstairs the perfect grandparents retreat.
UPSTAIRS
The master bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, and a private balcony with sweeping views. Another queen bedroom enjoys ocean vistas, while a third bedroom features two single beds and a peaceful bush outlook. All upstairs bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for comfort.

ECO-FRIENDLY â DRINKING WATER AND MORE
The house is located in a rural area, we use rain water tanks and have septic tanks, we are not connected to council water or sewer. Hence we ask to keep showers short (especially in summer) to preserve water and help our natural environment.
The rainwater from the taps is triple filtered, crisp and refreshing.
Please do not flush anything else but toilet paper when using the loo, as septic pipes may get blocked to avoid call-out and remediation fees. No issues should occur with normal use and daily living.
LOCATION AND AREA
The house is on a small farm, with wild ducks, wallabyâs, kangaroos, and an abundance of bird life. All this, and only a short drive from the charming coastal towns of North haven and Bonny Hills. Itâs a little difficult to comprehend until you are there. Then you wonât want to leave. With plenty of space for the whole family, this family-friendly haven promises the perfect mix of serenity, comfort, and seaside charm.
North Haven beach, Grant Heads reserve with its bush walking track are within 5 minutes drive (approximately 500 meters). Most people drive and park at the beach. Patrolled surf beaches during school holidays are Rainbow Beach in Bonny Hills and North Haven Beach, both 10 minutes drive.
SORRY â NO PETS
Sorry no pets, due to roaming cattle and often young calves on the farm, and owner preference. We have many other pet-friendly properties, just chat to us about your needs.
