Once the beloved country cottage of the Smucker family (yes, the jelly makers!), this charming 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home is set on 50 acres of stunning Ohio farmland. The property offers a completely private and secluded retreat yet is just minutes away from local amenities. Enjoy a top-notch tennis and pickleball court with lights for evening play, a bocce court, or indulge in the 40'x30' recreational room. This entertainment haven includes a big-screen TV, a stage for a band or DJ, space for a dance floor or cocktail tables, numerous pinball games, skee ball, a pool table, air hockey, and an attached screened-in porch.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with accommodations including a king-size bed, two queen beds, a bunk bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room. Each bedroom has individual climate control, and the primary bedroom boasts an attached bathroom. The house features 1.5 bathrooms, with the full bathroom including a bathtub.

Guests can make use of the washer and dryer, and there is ample free parking available on the gravel driveway.

The full-size kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including pots, pans, a baking sheet, and utensils. Modern appliances include a traditional coffee maker, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. For outdoor cooking, there's a gas grill ready for a BBQ.

Outside, enjoy the property's bikes, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Relax in the 6-person hot tub in the evenings. Surrounded by wildflowers that bloom from spring to fall and featuring a front porch swing overlooking a serene 3-acre lake, this property is a truly unforgettable retreat.

Pets are welcome, with a limit of three.

Our property has high speed internet wi-fi, Cable TV and good cell service. Once you research the area, you will see all the outdoor activities available within minutes from your doorstep. Canoeing, kayaking, trails, bird watching, Clays Water park, world class target ranges, and Amish country is just 20 minutes South. (Please drive safely due to Amish buggies). Sports Fans of all ages will enjoy Sluggers & Putters, which is also just minutes away in the Quaint town of Canal Fulton. The Canal Fulton Canoe Livery has canoes and kayaks available for rent and will pick you up later at multiple locations downstream. Stop at Clay's Park (Jellystone Water Park Resort), where you can find an Aqua Park that has water slides, swimming and splash grounds, gem mining and more.

We have an ADT system set up with 4 exterior cameras that are on each corner of the home. They face the yard around the home and the driveway area. They can be covered per request. These devices are capable of recording.
