This unique mid-century, smart home is located in the quiet, family friendly, Historic Park Hill neighborhood. Surrounded by trees provides a cozy feel, but the open layout and array of windows in each room allows for ample natural light. This clean, comfortable home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, two porches, a fire pit and covered 2 car carport. Strategically located ~5 min from I-30 and I-40 and less than 10 min from the Downtown Little Rock, historic Argenta and South Main districts.

Cute but could use a thorough cleaning. Definitely seemed like someone's full time residence. Several locked closets and drawers. Not horrible but would likely not book again. Don't let that deter you from staying though!

Beautiful mid century modern home with full service kitchen and plenty of room for the five of us and our dog! Our host was attentive if needed. Beds SO comfortable as well as great seating in living area and dining. Character throughout as each room decorated with unique and meaningful art. We were close to everything and enjoyed walking the safe and friendly neighborhood. We hope to return.

Loved our stay!

The house was as described. Clean and spacious but also cozy. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and drinkware. Every other bnb I've stayed had at very limited kitchen items.. I was very pleased. My children loved hanging out on the huge bean bag in the livingroom. The location of the house was very convinient.

In town for conference just across river in LR. This home was comfy in a lovely neighborhood (take a walk to the lake!) that provided rest and relaxation after the work day.

Very comfy

Easy check in and easy communication with the owners, it was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen as well. Possibly the only thing we noticed is that it is a bit dark in the living room but otherwise was ab excellent stay

Great little getaway

Took a weekend golf trip to Little Rock area. The house was located in anice quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and accommodated out group well. Host was attentive and help in anyway. I recommend this house to anyone! Great stay

Great trip

This is a wonderful home to rent. The manager was very quick to respond. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog. The neighborhood is quiet. The walk around the different lakes were great. There are grocery stores close by. The beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at other VRBO’s and they were not comfortable. You will have a great stay.

Peaceful home near Lake so lovely

So grateful for this place to be available during my stay in NLR/Sherwood visiting & helping my father. I grew up in Lakewood area and later my parents again had home near lake 6 so I knew this area well. It was such a joy to be so close for what I needed plus getting some lovely morning and evening walks near the lake & old mill was simply the best I could've asked for. They keep this house very well and it suited me perfectly. Thanks!

Hidden gem with all of the comforts of home.

My family and I were visiting Little Rock for our son's 3-day tennis tournament. We were a party of 2 adults, 2 teens and a dog. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The 3 bedrooms afforded us the ability to spread out and have personal space. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for our needs. We were able to cook at home for several meals. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The quiet neighborhood was lovely. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. There are 2 lovely parks within a short walk from the home, and the walk to "The Old Mill" was wonderful also. It is a beautiful place for quiet reflection and for photos. The home was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The host was easily reached and responded immediately to any and all questions we had. We loved our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend it.
