When you're not out building sandcastles, use the free WiFi to download an invigorating playlist to your device then head over to the community fitness center to get in a terrific workout followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool. The shared hot tub is perfect for soothing those weary surfing muscles, and there's nothing like coming home to stretch out on the suite's king-size bed to take a long afternoon nap after a day of sightseeing. You'll even have central air conditioning to enjoy while you finish that all-important last chapter from the comfort of the living room sofa.

You'll have plenty of great restaurants nearby whenever you want to grab a bite to eat. Check out Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill, and Rockefellers Raw Bar to sample some delicious local fare. Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Great experience

The staff were all super friendly, and the room was beautiful. That bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave. They had so many amenities, that next time we book, we’ll have to book for longer so we can experience them all. Check in and check out process was a breeze, and I recommend this resort to anyway visiting the area.

Baywatch 1431

Baywatch 1431 is perfect for one or two people. It’s just as pictured. It’s was very clean, had everything I needed (with the exception of the ice machine not working in the hall- perhaps this was due to Covid?) Elevators we’re were always fast and available and check in was quick and easy. For a two or three day stay I would certainly book again!

Great economical vacation resort!

The Bay Watch Resort but was a very nice, customer oriented vacation spot. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities, eateries, and accommodations for guests. Unit 1431 was newly renovated and spacious for our group of 3 plus a small dog. My only complaint would be the poor drainage system in the bathroom which was not suitable for beach goers with sand. Otherwise, a very nice stay and we definitely plan to return in the future!

The stay was great except we couldn’t get the fold out bed out. The frame was bent so we just took the mattress from it and put it on the floor and my grandson slept just fine. The drain in the tub was very slow other than that we enjoyed our stay. We will come again

really good place for the price range

If you want amenities, this is a great location. Cafe, bar, indoor swimming, indoor lazy river, out door multiple pools and lazy river and its oceanfront. Recently remodeled rooms. Clean and well kept. Only gave it 4 stars because the walls are no good at keeping out the noise from other rooms or even the elevator. It kept my wife up almost all night. The balcony on the backside units is tiny, we couldnt even fit both of us on it comfortably. They do have a parking garage so your car is covered but the spaces are tight. We brought a compact car and it was tight fitting.

Home away from home

I’m a repeat customer. My pup, Sandy, and I feel comfortable and safely secure in the end, double-front door entrance. The unit is quiet and the owner’s new renovation is lovely. We have one more stay already booked soon before we actually permanently reside down the street! Thank you to Baywatch, owner of 1431 and staff! We will miss you!
