Unit 707 (7th floor) is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath OCEANVIEW condo with a great view of Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom has a king bed with television and DVD, private bath with garden tub and shower stall, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a television. The 2nd bedroom has a tub and shower combination. The kitchen is fully furnished with all you need to prepare your meals. The living room has a television and DVD for your enjoyment and a queen sleeper sofa. This rental sleeps 8. Verandas 707 has free secured WIFI in this unit.

Walk out onto the balcony and enjoy the sun and breathtaking view as you sip your morning coffee. This North Myrtle Beach rental has an oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi. We booked this last minute. It was a great location clean friendly area. The place had all the amenities that we needed and more. Great beach access clean pool and lazy river. I would stay here again and really enjoyed myself and so did my family.

Fun getaway

The property is in a really good location. It was just as the listing said. Clean and cozy. My wife and I along with our three kids had a great 5 nights. Easy access to the beach. The pool was clean and the kids loved the lazy river.

The property was nice enough. We had to replace batteries for remotes and smoke detectors. There was bags of THC gummies in the cabinet that luckily my kids didn't find. The beach side access was nice but didn't find the rental agency was a bit snippy to work with. Maintenance had to come change some light bulbs. I don't think we'd want to use this rental agency again.

Myrtle 2025 Verandas

The location was perfect and the view great for being a side unit. Balcony was well furnished as was the unit. Very colorful beach decor enhanced the beach mood. Kitchen was well stocked with everything except a larger pot needed to cook corn on the cob. Unit was clean except around master bathroom toilet. Great access right across from the elevator was a plus. Everything worked as it should with no issues. Couldnt get Ceiling light in master bedroom to work but had lamps that helped. Only real disappointment was the pool was small and very over crowded most days. Plenty of lounge chairs though. Lazy river was a winner with the wee ones. Hubby loved the hot tub. Arrived about 3 and unit was not ready and had to return to the management office after a text that the unit was ready before would give us the packet of info. That was inconvenient and never did get a text. Returned to management office at 4:45 and was told it was ready and got packet with codes to get in. Wondered if we would have ever got the text. Would have been better not having to deal with a middle man with it being a VRBO unit. Reasonable price for the week. May stay there again because unit was nice and location great but not for the pool.

Great place for a family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time. The pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi were awesome! The beach was beautiful and was very close! The barefoot landing was near by and had a great nights of fun! The place was very immaculate and when I reported that the tv in second bedroom did not work they came to fix it ASAP! They all were very friendly to deal with and my family and I will definitely be back! ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸

Great Place for a Getaway

This was our first experience in Myrtle Beach and our first experience renting a condo. We had a great time! I was hesitant about renting this specific condo because there was only one review. It was a chance that we took because we were going with friends, and this was the only one we could find left at this property. We were so thankful when it turned out to be a great place to stay! The cost of renting for the week was spot on. We loved the area, the beachfront, the pool, the complex. This condo was clean and well maintained. It had also had some updates (compared to some of the other condos that we saw online in this complex). It was very nice! We loved the two bedroom two bath setup. It was nice to have the laundry use as well. The kitchen had all that we needed, including a regular coffee pot (not just a Keurig)! It also had an extra sink and vanity outside of a bathroom, which was perfect because all four of our kiddos shared one bathroom! I loved that this condo also had only wood and tile flooring, as opposed to carpet (which I saw in some others). Perfect for the beach! I would highly recommend! If we ever make it back to Myrtle Beach, we would love to stay here again!

Great room and pools. Elevator broken ALL week.

Very nice facility for the price. Room was very nice and well maintained. Pools and beach were very nice. Only two elevator cabs in facility and one was down ALL week. It was very time consuming with everyone using one cab. Particularly on check in day.
