When arriving at the home, you will have space for 2 vehicles that fit nicely under the home, and room for another vehicle turned sideways behind them. Newly fenced in yard for the furry family members to enjoy, also downstairs is our brand new GAMEROOM area!

Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

A few things, including view, are out of control of the host due to surroundings. Looking at a high rise parking garage lit 24/7 was not the best. Great location to get to beach, touristy activities, and dining. Kitchen was not well equipped for a long term stay, but for a week, and if you eat out often, it works. Towels and bedding were your basic motel quality, so if you need to wrap after bathing or want soft sheets, bring your own. Biggest negative were the stairs- 19 to get to main floor and another 17 to get to the upstairs bedrooms. The elevator was not working, host was notified, but it was never repaired. On a daily basis the stairs were doable, but checking in and out with lots of luggage, dog supplies, toiletries, etc... the stairs were difficult. Hopefully that is repaired for next guests. Communication was speedy, but would've like follow up regarding the elevator issue.

This is a wonderful place for family vacation which is very close to beach and fully loaded to host a holiday feast. It’s roomy, clean and well appointed, plus perfect for the pups. The game room was a huge hit, especially for the late teenagers in the group.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! An expensive camera was left behind, we saw the cleaning crew waiting to enter as we left but the property manager said it was not reported and could not recover it. There was a strong smell of dog urine throughout the house (we bought air fresheners that still didn't work). Linens were cheap and stained. A roach was found in the downstairs shower shower. The service elevator did not work or instructions were not provided to activate. Paper products were cheap and limited.

Great location! 1 block from the beach, a general store, golf cart rentals & grocery was 1/2 mile away. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood & only 20min drive to Main Drag of Myrtle Beach.Our family of 5 (including 2 teenagers and 1 dog) had the BEST time. And if you know anything about teenagers, the fact that they said they had a great time....means A LOT :)

Great Place to stay

The house was great and met all of our needs. The elevator is not operational unless your a handicap. I had a couple questions that I did reach out about that they never responded to. We only had 1 trash bag provided and the laundry detergent bottle was empty. TP quality wasn't the best but I understand trying to save money. I ran to the store which is 8 mins away and was able to get everything we needed for around 20. Overall, the house and location is really nice with comfortable beds. I would recommend staying here for sure and will plan to come back here!
