Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Great room ! Great location ! The room was perfect for our family. The amenities available at this location are endless. On site restaurants, bar, indoor and outdoor pools and much more. We'll stay in this room when we come back !

Lovely place to stay

We liked everything about this place. The view was perfect. Could watch the ocean and the pools both easily. The jet tub made for a relaxing evening. Bathroom was very spacious. We worked puzzles at the dining table then left them to share. Loved everything about this place! Def recommend it to anyone!! 👍

The only issue we had was the key code in the beginning didn’t work but besides that EVERYTHING was great. The room was very clean, no bad odors, no stains anywhere. The Jetted tub did put out old dirt when it first was ran but besides that everything was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and we all wanted to fight over the wall bed because it was so comfortable as well. The views was amazing!!

However, Inadequate kitchen supplies. Not very well stocked. (unfortunately a bug was found on the last day)

Loved everything

Our condo was very clean and bug free with enough space for everyone. It was equipped with everything we needed-full kitchen, nice bathroom, 2 bed bedroom along with the Murphy bed and sofa sleeper, not to mention we had our own washer/dryer and didn't have to go downstairs to wash clothes. Our oceanfront view on the patio was amazing with close up view from the 3rd floor we could see the kids in the pools and at the ocean. Plus we received some free tickets and discount coupons to area attractions

Nice & affordable stay

This was a comfy, nice room for a family on a budget! We were pleased with the ocean view and amenities the building had to offer. Staff was friendly and when we called maintenance they were very quick to come up to help (we were locked out of the bathroom by our kid)

My Stay at Baywatch Resort

The room was really clean when we arrived. The bad things were there was not a housekeeper that came to our room for the 6daya we were there. I had to always call when I needed towels, toilet paper etc. I had to take my own trash out!! I’m on vacation I’m not suppose to have to take out my trash! For the price I had to pay I would think housekeeping would be there to at least offer their services 1 day out of 6!!! We found roaches in our room on the last night we were there, reason being that night I was not feeling well and got up in the middle of the night to find them on the kitchen floor!! Management tried to tell me it was a palmetto bug I’m not stupid, I know what a roach looks like and besides it’s just a fancy word for cockroach. Again the price I paid to stay in a higher class hotel you would think they would not have roaches!!! So if you’re looking for a nice place to stay that has housekeeping available and you don’t want to have to go through every piece of your luggage etc before putting it into your car then my suggestion is keep in looking!! This is not the place for you!! When I got gone I unpacked our bags in the garage in fear that I had carried a roach gone in our luggage!!!!!
