Come and enjoy this spacious retreat with unobstructed marsh views. This entire home has been updated throughout with high end materials that will leave you longing to live the beach lifestyle. There are sitting areas on the front and back decks, with a gas fire pit located on the back deck. The home opens to an open living room and kitchen that will allow you to enjoy relaxing at the dining area or bar seating that overlooks the marsh.
The luxurious first level primary suite has access to the back deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sunset over the marsh. The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for you to binge that favorite show. The house also has substantial off-street parking under the house.
You are just a short stroll to beach, Boulineau’s groceries, and several local restaurants. This home is also just a short drive to all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, including: golf courses, shopping, restaurants, numerous mini-golf course and more.
