You'll love this open floor plan with full horizon views from the main bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas. Step out onto the wraparound balcony for fantastic views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the one-acre resort pool, Barefoot Marina, and the shopping center — with sparkling night views of the beach skyline that are just as WOW-worthy as the daytime scenery.

The luxurious main suite features a king bed, full-length dresser, ceiling fan, TV with DVD player, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a large shower, and a whirlpool tub. A second en-suite bedroom also offers a king bed and its own private full bath. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or teens, with two twin beds, a TV, and access to a third full bathroom just off the hallway.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a glass-top stove, ice maker, and dishwasher, plus small appliances like a toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. Gather around the new dining table, which seats six, with additional bar seating for three. After a day at the pool, beach, or one of four nearby golf courses, unwind in the spacious living room with marina sunset views, or head out to the long covered balcony to enjoy dinner, a glass of wine, and — during peak summer season — fireworks over the water.

Resort Amenities: Outdoor hot tub, the largest outdoor pool in South Carolina, a marina bar & grill, boat docking (fee applies), jet ski rentals, charter fishing, and dinner cruises. Great condo in a great location.

Place is great, very comfortable for 2 adults and 4 teens. We very much enjoyed our stay. These are not complaints, just suggestions; Was very muggy at check in. We had to run the dehumidifier and all fans 24hrs to get the place right. Kitchen: Most of the cooking utensils/pots/pans are old and beat up. Appliances are older and toaster is not very good. For the price, I would expect a bit more. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap…etc. Least you could do is provide an 8oz bottle of dish soap. I wish the patio furniture was a little nicer.

Lots of potential, but needs some TLC, musty, musty!

The property has a musty smell. The rental company said it was the air conditioner, but if so, it needs to be fixed. There is definitely water somewhere in the structure that is lingering and causing an odor. Rental company isn't very responsive - took six days and 2 phone calls to get a mold test and someone to come out and investigate the odor. The sliding glass door has condensation, so the view to Barefoot Landing is obstructed. Overall, the layout of the condo is very spacious, just needs some TLC especially in the front entrance, front door, and kitchen areas.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious and well appointed. Views of the inter-coastal and Barefoot Pool are awesome. Only steps to the Marina Bar and a short walk to Barefoot Landing. Always a great stay!!!
