Beautiful Efficiency Condo Across The Street from Beach. Great Pool & Deck Area.

Right across the street from a great family beach, this condo sits in a nice neighborhood surrounded by multimillion dollar 3 story homes. Nice pool and deck area located in front of bldg #2. Partial ocean view from shared front balcony, this unit is located on second floor (no elevator) and has one reserved parking spot. Restaurants, fishing pier, para-sailing, mini-golf, bike/scooter/golf-cart rental all within walking distance. Cherry Grove is a family beach with most neighborhoods containing single family homes. If you also want some excitement and night-life, world famous Myrtle beach is a short drive south. Also nearby: Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theatre, Legends, dozens of golf courses, scores of restaurants. Wilmington,NC (1.5 hours), Charleston, SC (3 hours). Wonderful place to spend a vacation!

Condo was goos for two people. Would not recommend for more than that. A little outdated for sure. Parking was okay until one neighbor beside us parked so close to our driver door that I had to crawl over the console in our car in order for us to leave for dinner. Very convenient for beach access and local dining. Would stay again for a quick getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was cozy, clean, had all the things we needed. It was super close to the beach, the pool, and was close to the grocery, beach shops, and place to get ice cream. It was the best vacation I've ever had due to this location. It was quiet, safe, and removed from the hub ub of like downtown MB, but closest enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. My only suggestion is to bring an air mattress. Pull out couch beds always have that bar...lol Will def be back!

The kitchen was dirty. the pots and pan were just thrown in the cabinet under the sink. I was looking for the spare key that the owner said was on top of the cabinet. Not there. I looked over on top of the fridge, it was tottaly disgusting. The top was covered inrust and caked on dirt. The floors needed swept. I did that myself. I was afraid to use any of the pans becouse od where and how stored. I paid for a cleaner, I beleive 50. NO trash bags to put trash in. I went and bought some. The window fell in when we opened it. I will never rent this place again. Plus I was told that there was a bedroom. Putting up a folding screen does not consitute a bed room.

Anniversary Vacation

The condo is in the ideal spot for beach , stores, resturants etc... We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean , quiet and rwlaxing place to stay. The owner was very quick to respond and help out. We liked it so much we have booked an October Vacation at the same place. Very clean , loved this place!

Stayed many times, love it. Great location. Only downside this stay was the crazy neighbor moving our belongings, leaving other peoples belonging on our doorstep every morning, "leaf blowing" sand & powerwashing our windows at 9 AM. She could chill.

Great for a quick getaway!

A small cute place for a quick getaway for my husband and me at a great price. Slightly musty smell and the bathroom could use an update, but the location was great and it was a nice quiet area.

Cherry Bay Condos (unit # 8)

Condo itself was average. A small unit—good size for a couple that will be out & about & not spending much time in the unit. Convenient—easy walking to beach, grocery store and several restaurants. Beach umbrella was provided and much appreciated. This condo has potential—updating really needed—fresh paint, kitchen cupboards, bathroom fixtures etc would make it more appealing and comfortable.

Nice quiet place to stay with nice neighbors

The property is as it is listed. Good size for 2 people but can sleep 4. The ocean is right across the street and can be seen from the deck. If you are looking to be on the beach every day then this is a great location to clean up and sleep. We had a great time.

Great location!

We experienced a small problem when we first arrived. Mitchell was quick to respond and was very helpful. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, close to entertainment and restaurants. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Perfect place for a couple or small family.
