This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

Our family enjoyed this house to the fullest. The inside is beautiful, clean and spacious. The outside area around the pool is exactly as pictured and perfect for families. Lots of seating, a large and a smaller table for eating meals outside, a comfortable seating area with a TV for watching movies and several lounge chairs. It was warm enough one day to recline in a lounge chair by the pool, listen to music and read a book. SO relaxing after a busy holiday. Enver was very responsive, welcomed the fact that we were bringing our big dog, and simply a joy to work with. All light/ceiling fan switches were labeled so you know what turns on what which was super helpful. The showers were a dream with great water pressure and multiple shower heads. We could not have asked for anything more! We will definitely book again in the future.

I absolutely loved this home and communication with owner. It is beautifully kept and the outside pool area is phenomenal. Outside front porch i loved to drink my morning coffee or later at night to relax with my book. I had to contact owner one late night and he immediately called. I loved the area and how close beach, restaurants, stores are. So convenient. I highly recommend this beach house and hope it is available for our next vacation!

This property is absolutely perfect for my family. It’s very spacious inside with a huge dining table. Certainly enough room to fit the entire family at.The 4 bedroom house has more than enough space to sleep all family members.And the outside pool area? We love it! Plenty of space, lounge chairs, grill, tv & couch and the best part? The fridge in the garage. No need to walk up and down stairs constantly to grab a refreshing adult bevy or burgs and dogs.It is full gated for safety and we love that are pups are always accounted for.The host is incredible!!! We love him!!! Not only is he friendly and accommodating but extremely prompt with responses! Kudos to that!We have been staying here for the past 4 years and will continue for as many years as we can.Thank you Enver for your 5 star service and property!

Property was very clean and had everything two families could need for a week long vacation! Kitchen is stocked with enough plates, cups, utensils etc. Property comes with enough bath towels and wash clothes. Outdoor tv, sitting area and pool was our favorite! Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and two beach wagons to use! Nice quiet area and close to supermarket! Property owner was very responsive to questions!

Enver was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of our stay. His communication skills are top notch!! The property was super clean and we loved the outside pool area and the game room, we made many family memories here. The only downfall was the 2 bathrooms for our size of group. Maybe consider adding one to the pool area in the future.

We stayed at this property June 21-28. We had a great vacation and the house was perfect. The game room with video game was a big hit and the pool was in use everyday. Everything you need for a trip to the beach is on property. Enver was great and responded to questions immediately. I highly recommend this property for those wanting to stay in Cherry Grove are.

Exactly as Advertised

The house is beautiful and we loved the fenced in backyard, my dog was able to be let out the back door and roam freely. The shower is AMAZING! We were pleased to find everything was spotless and the sheets were incredibly soft. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes. We come back to Myrtle Beach every year and would definitely stay again.

Great place!

We have now stayed 2 of the last 3 winters at this home!My puppy loves it as does my wife, and I love it here or I wouldn't have stayed about 6 months in 2 years. The home is clean and roomy. It is 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk to the beach bars like Murphy's. The pool was nice in April and we swam a few weeks! Great restaurants and shops and things to do all nearby!....Sorry Illinois, you lose. Also Enver is no longer a Host, after the time we spent in his place ...He is like family! what a great guy with a great family himself...Highly recommend
