Overall, very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.The master bedroom mattress was very soft, saggy and we couldn’t work the tvs in the living room or second bedroom. Some written instructions would have helped.

The stay at Windy Hills. It was good. Some things can use updates, but overall, I was pleased.. The communication with the host was prompt. They explained everything in full detail. Great Location but Dirty & Uncomfortable

The property was a great location and the beach was not crowded. If you didn't bring your own, Umbrellas and chairs were available for rent at the beach. Great location to barefoot Landing. We had a few complaints especially the lack of cleanliness of the unit. Built up dirt in corners and on rugs made us question the cleanliness of bedding and furniture's upholstery. The build up filth around refrigerator was also unacceptable. The queen size bed in the master bedroom was very old, lumpy, bumpy, and made you sink to the middle. Sadly, my husband slept on the sofa so that we didn't roll into each other. Lastly, make sure to bring your own laundry detergent, hand soap, and shampoo etc. as none is provided.

Location was fantastic! Communication was thorough. Linens and towels did not smell clean. We had to re-wash towels and pillowcases before use. Rugs throughout condo are cute, but worn, and should be replaced.

Great beach house

Great stay, everything as promised. Very clean and great location. Beds were a bit lumpy, but I am used to a firm foam mattress. Great tv and good kitchen appliances.

Location is solid

The location is good, and accessing the key to get in was great. WiFi worked perfectly. However, the mildew issues in the second bedroom that another reviewer pointed out were still not addressed when we stayed. The bathrooms would benefit from a scrubbing with bleach, and the corners of the floors could benefit from another round with the Swiffer. Additionally, there are house rules that likely need to be shared prior to arrival (perhaps they were and I overlooked them) to ensure a pleasant stay. For example, you are not to wipe makeup on washclothes or towels. Luckily, I had packed extra linens just in case, but I can imagine this could take others by surprise.

Great for the price

Place was great there are some issues you will have problems with down the road (HVAC, floors, kitchen faucet). I am a little OCD, so the smell and cleanliness could have been better. The lights (not enough for us, expressly in the bedrooms) and needs a full-length mirror somewhere (just saying :-)). Other than that, it was perfect for what we intended.

Cozy Beach Honeymoon

This is our second year staying here. We enjoyed our honeymoon here this year. It is close to the things we like to do. We love sitting on the patio enjoying the ocean.

View is great that's about it.

Black mold in 2 twin bedroom it was on ceiling going down wall. Key pad didn't work had to text though VRBO to get lock box code then finally got in. Internet connection didn't work had to text again. The internet had been changed the week before but the information on the refrigerator hadn't been updated. The porch had a big table with 2 bar height chairs and one regular chair. It was very awkward for three people. Dinner dishes were not microwave safe, we had to use baking dishes to heat up left overs brought home from a restaurant. The reviews were great for this place, unfortunately I can't give it a good review at all. The only great thing was the view. Won't stay here again.
