Our classic beach house has amazing views and is perfect for mingling.  There are hardwood floors throughout the interior and an expansive back deck for you to take in the breathtaking views and sounds of the Atlantic!  Our oceanfront deck has plenty of room everyone â relax, sip an afternoon cocktail, and enjoy the day away.  Whether a family vacation, a group outing, or annual golf trip, our home provides a great backdrop for an amazing vacation.
Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully appointed with all dishes, cookware, glassware and utensils.

Designed with vacationing in mind, our classic beach house has amazing views and is perfect for mingling. Whether a family vacation, a group outing, or annual golf trip, our home provides a great backdrop for an amazing vacation.
On the main level upstairs, there are four bedrooms, two full baths and an open living and dining area perfect for entertaining. All bathrooms are newly remodeled. (Please note, there are no bathtubs. All are stand-up showers. New photos coming soon!)There is also one bedroom, one bath guest suite downstairs that has a separate entry for added privacy. With plenty of covered parking as well as a lots of extra deck space, this home will have plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy!

Wear and Tear:
Our customer satisfaction is #1 priority, please understand, this property is not a primary residence and the guests should not expect to stay in a brand new home or brand new amenities.
The wear and tear is high due to the number of guests, back to back reservations and limited time between reservations.
Cleaning:
The cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company. If they missed something we will be happy to send them over to fix.
Service calls and maintenance:
Emergency service calls such as leaks, HVAC, flood and fire will have first priority and will be provided by a 3rd party service provider, based on their schedule and availability. We cannot guarantee speed of repair specifically when it comes to HVAC issues or major appliances. Although we do our best to provide the fastest solution possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds arenât guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $89 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1800 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Our beach home is direct oceanfront and on a quieter stretch of Ocean Boulevard, right up the street from the popular Cherry Grove Pier. Ready for a day at the beach? Simply walk out the back door! Ready for the best crab legs and seafood on the beach, an afternoon of activities for the kids, or a girlâs shopping day? There are hundreds of shops, restaurants, and activities available right nearby! Contact us before your trip and weâll be happy to offer our recommendations for the best picks in town! Entertainment options abound as well such family friendly live theaters (Pirateâs Voyage, Alabama Theater), concerts at the House of Blues, to water activities such as parasailing and jet skiing, and more! Myrtle Beach attractions such as the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach are also just a short car ride away!
Our home is in a great location perfect for experiencing all that the beach has to offer while still providing ample peace and quiet for listening to the waves roll in. It`s also a great area for golf carts as there are beach restaurants, grocery stores, bars, mini golf, and more all right nearby.
Getting Around:
Restaurant at the Cherry Grove pier 12 blocks away. Grocery store, restaurants, & more located 1.5 miles away and more in walking distance and close to downtown. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window,linens, sheets, and towels for all beds and baths provided with every stay
