Take your pick of heading to the beach, taking a dip in one of the many shared pools onsite, or float in bliss in the lazy river. If you want to take a break, the interior of this getaway boasts comfortable furnishings, fun blue tile accents, and free WiFi to give you all of the conveniences needed for a memorable stay.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. The Blue Condo

I Came down for Bike week 2024 and the location was amazing. We were right in the middle of everything. There was even a short cut to the Atlantic Beach function a few feet away. We were able to sit out and watch the nice creative rides go by. It was a perfect location. Security was out in full force so you felt very secure. There was a shortage of parking Spaces Saturday night that caused the fun to briefly relocate, but all in all a great experience.

A great place to stay

It was a nice condo and very clean. Check in went so smoothly and quick. I liked the entertainment they had at the pool area and lots of hot tubs and pools to choose from. I liked how the beach in front of the condo was lit up from the condo lights so our teens felt safe at night while playing frisbee and crab hunting and we could keep an eye on them from the balcony. Speaking of balcony. It was a beautiful view. This condo pool area doesn’t close until 11:00 pm!! Which was awesome!! Here’s the only cons….The pull out sofa bed could be replaced as it was uncomfortable to our teens who said it felt like sleeping on springs. The front door could use a door stop to make it easier for bringing luggage and beach things in. One of the elevators stayed broken the whole time we were there. So being able to get on was a big trying at times. But all in all this was a fantastic place to say! I would book here again for sure and highly recommend!

Baywatch is a DUMP!

I can send pictures. The place started out with a bug. Washer was broken when we got there. Was told repeatedly we would get a new washer. Never happened. Had to use downstairs washer. One of the main reasons I picked this condo was it had private laundry. They did give us quarters for the downstairs machine, however that doesn’t come close to replacing the inconvenience or time lost. Then there washers downstairs started breaking. Spoke with several guests with the same problems. Place smells horrible. Everything is rusty. One nice thing is it’s on the beach. The owner of this place should be embarrassed. Im waiting to see what type of compensation I get. I could go on, but you get the point. One word. Overpaid!

Comfortable and great location

We had a great weekend staying at this condo. It was clean and cozy with great amenities on the property. We loved sitting on the balcony looking out at those beautiful ocean views. We would definately recommend !
