FLOHOM 17 | Selah Sailor is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury houseboat docked at Barefoot Marina on the Intracoastal Waterway, joining FLOHOM 15 | Palmera as the second FLOHOM in North Myrtle Beach.

Designed for up to six overnight guests across two private master suites and a living room sleeper sofa, Selah Sailor brings a coastal-classic warmth to the waterway: shiplap walls, blue-gray cabinetry, warm wood floors, and a gallery wall of vintage maritime & golf art that sets the tone from the moment you step aboard. This is a place that feels like it was always meant to be here.

Step inside to an open living and dining space anchored by a galley kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz counters, brass hardware, a Nespresso maker, and a wine fridge. The round dining table seats four with waterway views through every window. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area extends the space comfortably for groups of up to six.

Both master bedrooms are private, individually styled, and each has its own en-suite bathroom. Selah Sailor is the only FLOHOM at Barefoot Landing with two fully private suites, making it the natural choice for couples traveling together, families, or anyone who values their own space on the water.

Upstairs, the rooftop is wide open. Fire pit, deep lounge seating, chaise lounges, and 360° views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the colorful coastal homes of Barefoot Landing across the water.

Barefoot Resort, House of Blues, and Alabama Theatre are directly across the waterway. The Atlantic Ocean is one mile east. The Marina Bar & Grill is steps from the dock. You are in the middle of everything and completely on the water.

FLOHOM properties offer a gentle, natural sway in harmony with the water`s movement. Most guests find it adds to the experience. If you are sensitive to motion, we recommend Dramamine or a Relief Band for added comfort. In rare cases of strong wind advisories, we will reach out proactively to ensure your safety and comfort.

Selah is a moment of stillness. Sailor is the call to set out. Selah Sailor is both, and it is yours for the stay.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and with respect to the love and intentionality we have poured into making FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor an extraordinary stay, please take a moment to review and follow our rules.

🔹Quiet Hours🔹
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and nearby boaters, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring sensors to measure decibel levels, but these are not active listening or recording devices.

🔹Occupancy Limit🔹
The maximum number of overnight guests is four, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to ten, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.

🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

🔹Decorations🔹
Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.

🔹Children Policy🔹
FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.

🔹No Pets Allowed🔹
Pets are not allowed.

🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.

🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.

🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.

🔹Doors and Windows🔹
Please close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements. Additionally, keep screen doors and windows closed while on the FLOHOM to prevent insects from entering.
