Our Home sleeps 20 across 7 bedrooms, with three king bedrooms. Enjoy resort-like amenities at your own beach retreat along 17th Ave in Crescent Beach.

We can have the pool heated to 80 degrees in the cold months (October- March). No additional charge.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make meal preparation a breeze, featuring modern appliances and ample space for cooking. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a celebratory dinner, the kitchen offers everything you need to dine and gather with ease.

7 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms

The home boasts 7 spacious bedrooms, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 20 guests—perfect for large families or groups of friends. With 6 well-appointed bathrooms, everyone will have the space they need to refresh and relax after a day at the beach. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for a memorable stay.

Sleeping Arrangement:
1st floor - 1 King bed (1st room) & 2 Double beds (2nd room)
2nd floor - 1 King bed (3rd room) & 2 Double beds each (4th and 5th room)
3rd- 2 Double beds each (6th and 7th room)

Convenient parking is available on-site, making it easy for you and your group to come and go as you explore the beautiful Crescent Beach area. Ample space ensures a hassle-free experience for multiple vehicles.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. You'll be within walking distance of the beach and have easy access to it.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
The optional damage waiver is $79.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
