Perfect family spot

Our family of 8 really enjoyed this rental. Each bedroom has its own bath, the public living spaces are sizeable, the kitchen is adequately equipped, but the BEST part is the ocean view from the 12th floor balcony! Rental managers were friendly and quick to help when we called about a minor issue. We would stay here again!

Little complicated but nothing too bad. Technical things make booking and keys a little complicated.

It is absolutely amazing and it is inspiring to me to buy the same exact condo 2 floors below and turn it into my evergreen.

Nice Condo but…

The unit was spacious, comfortable and had a fantastic view. Pros-spacious unit, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, clean, great view, nice size balcony and on the beach. Cons or things to be aware of-all parking is across the street so loading or unloading can be a problem during busy times. No dishwasher pods, dish soap nor paper products provided. Maintenance issues not resolved quickly in our case. We would rent this unit again but come prepared with all paper products, soap, etc that we would need.
