Nice condo, I wish I would have noticed there wasn’t a washer and dryer available. Also we only had 3 trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper. The hotel wouldn’t give us extra because it wasn’t one of their units. Was very clean, beds were comfortable.

Room was very clean ( highly important to me).We didn't like the beds but everyone has different preference when it comes to beds.Furniture not comfortable and not enough.View is amazing!Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Myrtle beach and I’m so happy that we found this unit! It was bright, refreshing, and most importantly clean. We had absolutely no issues and did appreciate all of the staff at the resort as well. The only downside is the parking garage. It is tight and you have to walk across the street just that has nothing to do with the actual stay/unit and honestly isn’t a deal breaker.

Wonderful Stay at a fun resort

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo at the Avista Resort. We love all the pools and lazy rivers and the access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the condo fit us well. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, two bathrooms is a plus, and the overall atmosphere and amenities were great.

The best stay for a family!

Our experience was amazing! We stayed in North Myrtle Beach to get away from the crowds and but still be around hustle and bustle. It was wonderful! The resort was clean and great for a family. The pool and lazy river was a vacation saver with colder weather. The beds were very comfy and we had all the beach things we needed. We cannot thank the host enough. If we come back to North Myrtle Beach, we will for sure stay here!

Girls’ trip

We had a great time. Unit has a wonderful view. Beds were soooo comfortable. Kitchen was not well stocked. Needs a toaster and newer/cleaner pans. Several lights out and a few flickering. The exhaust fan in one bath didn’t work. The two accent chairs were not comfortable. But overall, we had a great friends’ weekend.

We will definitely return to this resort. However, this unit is in need of updating. A toaster would be nice as well as a beach cart. Small things make a difference. A few other minor concerns but overall a great location .

⭐Oceanview Condo

Condo is nice. Clean and equiped. Plenty of room for the four in our group. We each had our own comfy queen size bed. And two bathrooms. Main bathroom tub is a soaker tub (challenging to get in and out of for short heights and/or hip or knee issues). 12th floor provides a beautiful view of the pool area below and the Atlantic Ocean. We took in the Time Warp show at the Carolina Opry, Hunting Beach state Park wild life preserve (lots of gators)!, Merrells Inlet (Dead Doug restaurant is yummy!) And consider eating at hamburger Joes (can’t beat the prices and food is delicious). We also ate at the Tiki Bar at maritime resort. Avista restaurant is on he pricey side so we opted out! Plenty if parking in garage Across the street but it is tight. If you have parking challenges, go for the top :)! They also provide a shuttle to and from your vehicle if needed. Thanks for a great stay!
