Absolutely perfect!

Property is beautiful! Very clean. Very comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Linens were great. I can’t say enough positive about this! Also, the rental agency was great to work with. We were there for Mustang Week and had the greatest vacation ever.

Great place for family vacation

We were in town for a family wedding in Cherry Grove and the house was a perfect spot for us to stay with the grandkids and our dogs. Any request we had were answered promptly. We enjoyed our time in Myrtle and at Lola’s!

Worst experience in 30 years

Don’t be fooled! This property was in a decent location for fishing, but my family and I were appalled by the overall condition and cleanliness of this place! To start the back door latch was broken upon arrival and the door was almost impossible to slide. Someone came and looked at it and tightened two screws on the latch and that was it. I had recently had surgery on my hands and my two grandparents over 75 could not work the back door without assistance. Then to the rooms, the rooms were extremely dirty and 3 of the bedspreads had what appeared to be food on them and the beds haven’t even been made. Our linens were in giant plastic boxes in the living room! One of the bedrooms had holes in the closet door. The vents in this place were clogged with dust. One guy came out and cleaned the metal grate on the central air intake, but didn’t replace the dirty filter. On to the kitchen, extra disgusting! We found pots and pans with food burned onto the bottoms! One pot still had spaghetti in it! Went to fix a glass of water and there was a broken glass with the broken pieces I the glass! We have been going to north Myrtle beach for over 30 years as a family and we were all most unsatisfied with this property. Such a letdown. The photos really dress this place up and are misleading. Last but not least the cheap plank flooring is loose in places and caused my 2 year old to cut his knee when crawling and playing with his brother! We could not wait to leave and we’re sick at the money we had spent for such an awful experience. Thanks but no thanks Thomas beach vacations! We tried to call several times to discuss these issues but you did not answer our calls. We will never rent from you again and I believe I speak for my whole family when I say I don’t believe we will ever return. On to better beaches and more responsible property owners/renters

Great location!

Short walk to the beach that wasn't overly crowded during season!! Loved being on the canal and the front and back porches worked well for our group and catching the right spot for the breeze!

Perfect getaway!!

This was home away from home for us!! The description and photos Of the property is accurate and on point. It is a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Will Definitely book again!!!
