Nice place to stay

Good location. Comfortable accommodations. Elliott management and the owner were very responsive in answering questions, resolving issues with dryer/washer. Did their best to make our stay pleasant.

Amazing Condo, Awesome Owners

First I will start off by saying the the unit was perfect. It was a very goos sized 3 bedroom, 3 full bath unit overlooking the beautiful ocean. When we first arrived we had to wait to check in, as we were told the unit wasn't quite ready from Elliot Beach Rentals. (They said they would text us when it was ready) We went to dinner and after went to the unit to see if we could put the leftovers in the fridge. When we got to the unit the owners were there cleaning the unit. Apparently the cleaners had not shown up yet, despite the owners calling Elliot 2 times. It was about 6pm, and Elliot told us it could be up until 7pm, event though we checked in at 3. The owners were so awesome!!! Long story short, the owners let us in at 7pm. I didn't receive a text from Elliot until 8:30PM!!!! The cleaner finally showed up, almost at 7pm, and only had to mop the floors, because the owners did everything else. The cleaning lady was rude to my daughter and said she was quitting her job. I would stay at this unit again, but not use Elliot, as they are totally incompetent. The cleaner left at 7pm, and they did not send the text until 8:30, I had a 3 year old with special needs and a 5 year old. I would rent in a heart beat directly through the owners, but NEVER Elliot. Everything else was awesome. Thank you Judy and Don, your place is awesome. Thanks for your help
