Ocean Oasis is a newly renovated 2025 ocean front condo that has fantastic features for any family! This exceptional condo includes a pool and is just steps from the beach! 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Sleeps 7. We have a master bedroom with king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed; as well as a pull-out couch.
There are 3 TVâs and great WiFi! There is lots of outdoor space by the pool including grills for beach evening grill outs!
Enjoy an excellent oceanfront view that will inspire you from both the master bedroom and the private balcony in the living room!
This condo is furnished for guest comfort and convenience, providing a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. For entertainment, on a rainy day or evening spent in your condo, this rental boasts flatscreen TVs and fast WiFi access.
The gourmet kitchen has full cookware and stainless steel appliances. We have a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, tuber ware, plates, cups, mixing bowls and much more!! You'll have the option of casual in-house meals, going out to sample local restaurants, or a beachside cookout with the grill by the pool! You're steps from the beach, yet you feel like you're tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood..

House Rules and Polices:
- The primary renter needs to be 25 years old.
- No events/parties without prior permission from owners.
- No smoking inside the home.
- No Pets
- Parking passes should be on your rear view mirror at all times.
- Please do not hang towels or other items off the balcony.
- Please follow all Pool Rules.
- No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers in the parking lot.
Items left after check out we are happily to mail back at the renters expense for postage and packing.
We do reserve the right to ask renter to vacate the premises due to an unforeseen issue be it damage or a safety issue.
We also reserve the right that if these above rules are not followed we will ask the renter to leave the premise.

There are always new and fun things to do in North Myrtle Beach. Swim in the private pool, surf the waves, shop, fish, golf, or just relax under your beach umbrella. There are exciting shows at the music theaters and live stage performances (drama, comedy, magicians, musicals, and more). Barefoot Landing and Broadway for shopping, dining and entertainment! Enjoy a day trip to Brookgreen with its amazing botanical gardens, American figurative sculpture, and low-country zoo. You can have a family fun & thrills at the Grand Strand's amusement and water parks. Alligator Adventure, Putt Putts, playgrounds, the Pirate Show, lots of shows and entertainment around the area and the kids love the arcades! You can walk to Molly Darcy's Irish Pub & Restaurant or to Mr. G's for lunch or Ice Cream!
