On Sale Market- Don’t Rent
Property is up for sale. Pictures on listing do not accurately portray status of rooms. Minimal seating. After much discussion, seating was brought in along with folding tables and chairs. Water was turned off when we arrived. City employees had to come out to turn water back on. Will not be booking from this agency again.

This is a solid house for a beach trip! The communication with the property manager was clear and easy. We had issues with our AC and they had it fixed as fast as they could.
It would be great to have a little more soft seating in the house (only one couch) but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

The weeds were way over grown, the kids could not play in the front yard. The air conditioning downstairs did not work and it stayed 74 degrees the entire time. The washer and dryer were not accessible or useable.
