The house was very accommodating for a large group with plenty of appliances (although one of the dishwashers was broken), beds and bathrooms. Good amount of parking as well. Very convenient access to the beach. The indoor furniture and appliances were a bit worn and dated but the beds were comfortable. The patio furniture either needs replaced or at least new cushions. The main issue we had was with the pools. One pool was dirty, green and losing water most of the week so we didn't get much use out of it. The pool guy came almost everyday to treat it but never was able to fix the problem with the pump so the hot tub was empty. The property management was very responsive and always replied right away.

Awesome stay at the big house

We had our 12th family reunion here. 74 year age spread between the attendees and we all had a great time. This place was great! Quite amazing to have us all under one roof. There's a lot to this property with massive kitchens, nice bedrooms, theatres, pool tables, elevators, and swimming. We had a few equipment glitches but property managers were quick to respond and resolve quickly. Great experience, great property, great management!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Me and my 7 siblings stayed for Thanksgiving weekend along with our Mother and our families. In total 50 people stayed comfortably. The kitchen and theater areas were very accommodating. We booked both sides of the house. One side was for my siblings and I and the other side was for our children which ranged in ages from 32 years old - 19 months. I would recommend to any big family gathering.

Fun Family Reunion

We spent a week here, with people coming and going. The two pools were enjoyed by all, especially the kids. We were close enough to the beach and Boulineau’s. We cooked and did laundry. The air conditioning went out on the top floor of one of the 2 units, but someone came to check it out, the next morning someone came to fix it.

We’ll be back

Just want to say that I’ll definitely get the house again sometime in 2022. The location is good, the house is very spacious it was almost 40 of us. The house is pretty much sound proof inside and out. You’ll pretty much have to have the sound system on 100 to be heard outside and people in and out. Parking is limited but we made it work. The driveway is gravel and it can be looked over if not paying attention. You’ll see the sign and a palm tree in the middle of it. The elevator was the only difficulty of the house very confusing to operate. But who don’t need a little exercise ?! Use the stairs! It’ll kick your butt at the end of the day you’ll be ok. It’s more than enough room here. Two stoves, like 5 refrigerators. My only real complaint is that the water wasn’t hot it was more lukewarm on the top to floors on A side. Other than that 10/10

Budgets near the beach

This facility was perfect for our business meeting and training. We had 20 managers and we each had our own space. It did have some small maintenance issues that could be easily repaired, such as loose towel racks and shower curtain rods.
