The Space:

Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Sea Marsh II, which is about as far North as you can go in North Myrtle Beach. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 9 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Important Note: The parking garage has a maximum clearance of 5 feet 8 inches (68 inches). There are 3 outdoor parking spaces outside of the garage that are intended to accommodate taller vehicles. However, please be aware that these spaces are not reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.



Parking Notice: HOA structural repairs will take place from September 13 through mid-November 2026. Parking will be limited to 1 vehicle per unit



Entry: From the parking garage, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.



Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig coffee machine.



Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Cable or Roku allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out mattress.



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed and couch. Includes dresser, closet, and flat-screen TV.



Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Comfortable king bed with attached bathroom.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and has a shower.



Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with queen on bottom and full on top. Includes closet, dresser, and TV in room.



Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3 and also has entrance to hallway. Contains shower but no tub.



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Complex pool is a shared indoor pool and open year round!



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.



Pier: Pier is not for public use and can only be used by patrons of the nearby building.



Deck Area: Shared oceanfront deck area with lounge chairs included.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool and oceanfront deck.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 4.4 miles

🐟 Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is about 1.8 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Max guest count is 9.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine Pest Control happens on the first Monday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
