Nestled just a brief stroll from the beach, this duplex presents two master bedrooms, two guest bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a captivating backyard pool! Tailored for families and groups of any size, this beautifully furnished condo is destined to become your cherished home away from home. After just one visit, you'll find yourself eagerly anticipating the days until your return to the welcoming embrace of this Saltwater Grande property!

*Please note that this property is a duplex -- there are two units within the one house. The pool and backyard are shared between the two units.

Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $3000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay.

Stair way to Haven Family Vacation

The house was beautiful ! The house was also large enough to accommodate 4 couples and 2 children. The location was great . We could walk to beach or take the golf cart. Not only was the house conveniently located to beach but we could also walk or take golf cart to some of the shops and putt putt courses. The neighborhood was nice. We were also close to attractions. We enjoyed the pool also! All in alll it was a great family vacation!

We loved this Beach house

The beach house was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The pool was awesome & used daily. Plenty of towels. Might want to bring extra beach towels & there were only 4 of those. Beds slept great!

Boys Golfing Getaway

Four of us got together for a week of golfing. The rented house met our needs perfectly but could have used a few more kitchen items such as pot holders and baking sheets and it would help if there were instructions on use of the TV. Otherwise the rental was clean and in good condition. It was within 20 to 30 minutes of all the golf courses we wanted to play at and the courses met or exceeded our expectations. Overall a wonderful stay and trip.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful rental property in Myrtle Beach! Went with a group of friends and family and the house was perfect for us - spacious, clean, and had all of the necessary utilities and cooking equipment. The rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable and the shared living areas provided the right level of comfort for our group. The house was easy to keep clean and maintain throughout the week. We loved the decor, the floors, the furniture, etc. - very nicely done! We weren’t able to use the large pool since it was too cold but would have if it was warmer. The property was within a five minute walking distance from a peaceful area of the beach and also provided beach equipment to borrow. We went almost every day and were grateful for the warm water outdoor shower in the driveway to wash off the sand. Overall, would highly recommend this property to groups who want a spacious, clean and comfortable house close to the beach!

North haven House

Property was great, we were all happy with the spacious house. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, we had a small wagon so we didn’t rent the golf cart that was offered. We had a 4,6 and one year old with us and they had no problem. The pool was great, a little too warm some days but thourghly enjoyed it. We had a couple storms so we did call to have pool cleaned and management responded immediately. We all enjoyed the trip and would definitely return. Could use a vent in the beach storage area.

Very clean, spacious property. Great area, a close walk away from a great part of the beach. Pool was great, and outdoor shower and storage area were perfect after the beach. Rent with confidence!

Family Time

It is a nice property, very clean and nicely decorated. There was a chair by the pool that was broken that had nails in it that I think should have been removed, it it a hazard. Other than that this is a great property and I would stay here again.

Best Property in North Myrtle Beach!!!

We loved our stay at Stairway to Havens North. It had everything we needed and more. There is a nice big pool out back that is prefect for a nice chill day away from the beach if you choose. Also the beach is just right there and there is a golf cart available to load up all the beach gear from cooler to your guest. Did I mention how big this place was? It is huge! We were able to have a brunch and grill day and had more room then ever to host everyone on our trip. We love this place and will definitely be returning back to this property on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Great location, pictures accurately portrayed the house, property management and maintenance on call and easy to reach if needed, house was clean and full of amenities including beach chairs, toys for children, golf cart, grill, towels and pretty much everything that we needed was there.
