This condo is located on the second floor wake up and sip on some morning coffee on the patio while watching golfers in the backyard. The location of this condo cannot get any better. You are just 3 miles to the beautiful Atlantic Beach, minutes to Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, and Alligator Adventure! While staying here you have access to two pools including the Barefoot Resort Pool.

This a beautiful second floor unit end unit in the highly desirable Barefoot Resort Community. Step in and enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom unit with screened in patio overlooking the golfers right in the backyard. Tons of amenities are included when booking here cable tv, high-speed wireless internet, access to two swimming pools, the smaller community pool, and the large Barefoot Resort Pool, when renting you will also have access to two parking spaces. This condo comes with brand new stainless steel appliances, kitchen stocked with all the cooking needs pots to make meals while visiting.

You cannot beat this location! Close proximity to Barefoot Landing where you will find tons of shops, dining, and more! Endless Golf Courses including Norman Golf Course, Barefoot Gof, The Dye Club at Barefoot, and many more! Not to mention the beach just 3 short miles away! During the summer months there is a Barefoot Resort Shuttle that offers complementary shuttle transportation to the beach and the Barefoot Resort Pool.
