This impressive 2 Br guest house is located right across the street from the beach. Come and enjoy an "original" coastal home at this private residence. Both bedrooms have Queen beds.
There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the family room area. Plenty of seating space for family gatherings in the living room with the sofa and two recliners. The kitchen offers full size appliances (NO dishwasher) but complete with a large table that seats 8, to enjoy meals or game night together. Great grilling options (charcoal and gas) for hot dogs and burgers around the outdoor tables and chairs and umbrellas, too.
This property has an exterior surveillance camera located under the back stairwell, capturing the area between the back of the house. No audio is recorded.
Small dogs are allowed -- 2 maximum and under 25 pounds, please. Each pet will require a $300 pet non-refundable fee. Bike Friendly but please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY.
