The room was not ready, the tv didn't work, three people tried to get it to work and after 20 or more minutes I went to the desk to ask for a different room. After ten or more minutes of not being able to find a room that was ready to move to, one of the guys said he got the tv to work. I declined to move back to that room expecting the tv to have the same problem, and asked for a new room. After another five or so minutes of not being able to find another, I told the manager to forget it and that I would get a room across the street, which I did. That hotel was not ready for occupancy and should not have booked guests. Please don't try to charge my credit card as I will not pay for a room that was not ready.

Everything was great. The man at the front desk had to come help us with the TV. Couldn’t get it to work so he kindly moved us down the hall to a different room. My only complaint was the housekeeping. When we exited the room we engaged the man in conversation. We were smiling and he totally ignored us. We were just feet apart and he didn’t even look at us. Seemed angry. He would be the reason that I wouldn’t go back. Sad

They are in the midst of renovations. There is a restaurant and bar on premises which is nice. The hot tub is out of order.

Choose another place to stay. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. First room they gave us was disgusting. Rust around tub and sink. Wallpaper and wall board separating from wall under vanity. Maintenance work around property is subpar. Had to pay extra for a better room. Can not reccomend this hotel.

We booked one of your suites through a booking agency that offered accommodations for pets, and then received a notice from your hotel that the suite we rented was not available, as we were traveling with our dog. The email stated we would be given a smaller room. We were also informed the difference in the cost ($30.00) would not be refunded. When we arrived, however, we were given a suite and, although we were told the front desk help "steps away" after midnight we were offered kind assistance to our room. At 8:00 a.m. the next morning we received a text asking when we were leaving. Why?We became curious, so while we were there we read online that your hotel will be turned into condominiums. So, after seeing that and the low rating posted by others we will not be returning.

My go-to stop in the area

A bit dated but remodelling is in progress to remedy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have been clean and comfortable on all of my visits. Excellent breakfast buffet. Easy access to interstate.

BEDBUGS!

BEDBUGS! And the manager of the hotel did not even care enough to return our call, as the staff promised. The young woman on duty at 6:30am was polite, kind, took photos and tols us to call the manager after 10am. We did. The older male staffer who took the call was rude, unconcerned, treated us as if we were a bother, and got off the phone by saying the manager would call us back, which he never did. The breakfast was pathetic, No muffins, no bagels, only stale white bread. No fruit. No yogurt. Only two cold cereals: generic frosted flakes and fruit loops. The building was dilapidated, water leaking from the ceiling into two almost full buckets. The air in the room was almost unbreathable due to a heavy industrial style cleaner smell. Without question the worst hotel stay of my life, and I travel a lot, and have traveled a lot.
