This place is very disappointing! It is in serious need of repair. The pictures are very misleading. We were put on the second floor without the king bed I reserved and there is no elevator. It used to be a nice place..... 20 years ago. Not at all anymore.

This is a very large two story walk up property that has plenty of parking and some grassy areas to walk the dog. The staff was very nice and gave us a warm welcome. The inside areas are clean and the breakfast area spacious. The room had 2 queens (we requested that), desk, TV, mini fridge, coffee maker.

Bad stay at Ramada Inn

I wont stay here again. Half of the TV channels didnt work. The AC was broken and the room phone didnt work. Then when they moved our room after an hour wait. The TV in our new room didnt work at all. The staff were friendly but non affective.

Parking lot is destroyed and needs replaced, ac units don’t work in half the rooms(we had to request to be moved and others in our party did as well). Poor craftsmanship on sink back boards, cabinet facades fell/falling off, shower heads have no pressure and are old/broken, rooms were dirty covered in food/blood/brown debris and had to ask to have sheets replaced upon moving into new room with air conditioning. Carpets rippled and pulled up through facility, flooding when it rained, ceiling falling/water damage in rooms 156, 158, 169, and 173. There were so many things wrong with this hotel that it should most likely be condemned.

It was super hot in the hotel and we had to move three times because the air conditioner wasn't working. The lobby was pretty dirty and it was very hot. The breakfast was nice and the receptionist tried to be very helpful.

We stayed there four nights the first room we stayed in. The air conditioner was so loud. We couldn’t hardly sleep the third night. We got moved to a new room and they gave room keys to another couple that almost came in our room if our door would not have had been lock with the manual lock.. we tried another room their conditioner did not work in there so we didn’t move our stuff . recommendation for maintenance you need to scrape the old paint off before you put new paint on. The breakfast is the same thing every day. It’d be nice to have a different one since we’re there for four days.

The property was unkempt, but the rooms were clean. No key card entry on the south side which made me feel very unsafe. Hallways were dirty and even had clothes lying around. People were in and out of the apartments at all hours of the night and making noise.

The rooms cooling equipment was very noisy and our family of 5 was unable to get any rest after a long days worth of traveling. The scent of the room was questionable. Almost tripped on the carpet outside our room numerous times. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The facility is under repair and making improvements but I felt like we were stuck in time. The front desk staff was wonderful but the room was not comfortable to stay in at all. Will not be back and do not recommend. Would’ve had better luck sleeping in our car.

The room was covered in animal fur. I don't know that they cleaned it at all. Dirt, hair, filthy sheets and blankets.
