Hotel was completely booked due to Graduation and baseball tournaments being held, rooms
was dirty mud on wall, hair in the tub, food still left from previous guest, pool under renovations, and no sound proofing can here everything from inside your room if what’s happing outside

We apologize for the subsequent inconvenience you faced during your stay. If the room was not acceptable, we need to know it right away. We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms were available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately. It is very important to us to address these sorts of issues right away and to ensure that you are able to enjoy the rest of your stay. All the best on your future travels!

A fine stopover.
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsPerfectly adequate for our one night stay over. Excellent hot breakfast which my wife really appreciated. Staff very helpful. I rarely give five star ratings but my four star rating means we liked the place and would certainly stay again.

It took two hours to check in. There was one towel.

Plenty of food options surrounding the property. It's also a great set up for convenventions and work meetings. The hotel rooms however could use renovation. Maintenance is needed in many areas. About half of their rooms are set up with an outside entrance giving it a motel feel rather than a hotel.

Great staff but the room was fair.
Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed very briefly at this hotel. We only needed a place to crash for the night with our kids on our way to Colorado so we didn't want to spend a lot. The staff was excellent; VERY friendly and helpful! The room was not great. The bathtub/shower was very stained and the shower wall looked like it had been painted over to make it look better but it was done very poorly and looked like it was falling apart. The floors were dirty (multiple hairballs on the floor that looked like they had been wet from mopping but then dried - gross).
