Well, the exterior was decent and parking was convenient as soon as we were able to get in to the room had a weird smell. Beds were super uncomfortable. The toilet couldn’t flush. The shower didn’t work properly. Ceiling tiles were falling off. The AC was too good. it was so cold. It was arctic And that was a decent temp Went to check in and reservation disappeared. I had it on my Expedia app. They accommodate us but the room was 40 years old.

The room was moldy smelled bad bad wallpaper from the chewed up cabinet stunk so bad I threw up we left drove home 2hours later I suggested that they burn all these down really not worth it.

The hot tub jets were so loud that it rendered it basically unusable. Walls are very thin so the kids fighting and partying all night long, in the adjoining room, was a problem.

There was a bag on the smoke detector, room smelled like weed. The one bed looked like there was feces on the sheet. The tub was rusted. Tv didn’t work. A waste of $250

Beware! We stayed here a few times in the past and it was decent but this time it had been about 5 years since we had stayed there. The first room was obviously not cleaned well and the fridge was stuck shut. We pried it open and the frost was so thick it had formed ice keeping the door from closing again and there were no controls on the tub so I went to the office and got another room. That one was slightly better, still no controls on the tub, they rigged it with a light switch to turn on. Hubby spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up the cloth was completely brown, the floor was very dirty and the grout lines were full of dirt. I did ask for housekeeping to mop due to the sticky area we caused but it was still not clean after the “mopping”. The lights crackled when turning on and the ceiling leaked over the bed when the room upstairs used the tub. One lamp would randomly turn off and back on. The outside was also dirty. Cobwebs on the top of the doorway, lint and what appeared to be a hairball on the welcome mat AND we crossed a patch of grass to sit on a bench and hubby stepped in dog poop! The staff was nice and accommodating but that’s the only good thing they have going for them.

The listing for the hotel was not congruent with the actual experience. The room was dirty, had holes in the halls, water stained ceiling tiles, and smelled like mildew. We felt like we were sleeping in a dirty basement. The smell alone was so disgusting.

good location near shoreline attractions and casino. kind of run down; thin walls, could hear people next door pretty loudly. smoking is alowed on the grounds and is plentiful

Not worth the money I spent. Had to go get a blanket to put up to my nose while I slept because it smelled bad. Not very clean.. no outlets by one of the beds so I couldn’t use my cpap

Don’t stay here. There was garbage in front of my room when we arrived. Also the website says free champagne when you check in. The lady at the front desk assured me that they haven’t done that in forever. Needless to say, I didn’t get champagne.

I only interacted with the check in clerk and that was fast and officiant. The room was just ok, room was outdated but clean. The jacuzzi tub was nice but old and it took almost 45 minutes to fill; button on the tub were broken and the shower had terrible water pressure. Bed was comfortable.

It was nice. I liked how the spa tub was in a separate room. The toilet just needed to be bolted down in the showerhead should be a removable one. I have stayed a few times and I will continue to stay. Everyone is very friendly.

I was greeted with spiders in my room. And I hate killing spiders but worried all night if there were more. The coverlet on the bed was not clean. The amenities were not great. I didn't want to walk barefoot on the floor (glad I bought slippers). Staff at check in didn't seem particularly interested in seeing me. No real greeting- just "here's your key". There was some kind of free breakfast but frankly I wanted out of there. Wouldn't trust the cleanliness or lack thereof.
