Welcome to "Bikini Bottom Topsail"!

Oceanfront 3BR/3BA top-floor corner condo with an elevator and beautiful beach and pool views. Two king suites each have a private bath, plus a bunk room for the kids. Relax on the large private balcony, enjoy multiple pools and hot tubs, and grab a meal or drink at the onsite restaurant and bar.

All linens are provided and included in the cleaning fee. (one towel/hand towel/wash cloth per guest) Linens for the bunk beds are folded and placed on the beds.

Beach towels are also provided but must be laundered by guests if used.

A doorbell camera is located outside for security.

Pools are scheduled to be open April 1 through October 31.
Hot tubs are open year-round.
Pool and hot tub hours are 9am–11pm.

Pool openings are subject to inspections and property management schedules. If your reservation is close to the seasonal opening or closing dates and pool access is important to you, please message us before booking to confirm availability. No compensation will be provided if a pool or hot tub is unavailable.

This home is personally owned and managed by us, and we enjoy spending time here ourselves. We care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away.

OTHER DETAILS:
The complex does not allow animals. We use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family. Please, no animals.

The HOA schedules bug treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.

We brought 8 people for a 3-day trip: my 4 boys, my nieces from Kansas who had never seen the ocean, my wife, and me. The moment my nieces saw the beach, they looked like they'd just discovered a new planet. Mission accomplished.The house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, incredible ocean views, and the bunk room deserves its own award. Whoever designed it clearly understood that kids need a place to pile up while adults need a little sanity.The surfing was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, and chasing crabs at night with flashlights became one of the highlights of the trip. Nothing brings a family together quite like screaming "THERE'S ONE!" while running barefoot through the sand after a tiny crab.I even had to work a few hours each day, which normally would be depressing. Instead, I found myself answering emails while staring at the Atlantic Ocean. If you're going to work on vacation, this is the way to do it.Communication with the property team was spot on from start to finish. The on-site restaurant quickly became our favorite spot. The food was excellent every time, and somehow we fed all 8 of us for under 200 a meal. In today's economy, that's basically a miracle.One piece of advice: people take the wristbands VERY seriously. I started guarding mine like it contained nuclear launch codes. Don't lose it.Most importantly, my wife loved this place. The kids loved it. My nieces got their first-ever ocean experience. Everyone had an amazing time.

The condo was spotless as we expected since we've rented from Brinnan in the past and had such a great experience. We had everything we needed and more with all the amenities at the property. The access to the excellent and clean pools as well as to the beach was extremely convenient and comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Splash by the Sea restaurant and food. Food was excellent and service was good as well. We will be back! Thank you!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is a lovely space with a balcony that clearly overlooks the beach and ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. There are also nice beach/ocean views from inside the condo. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or comments.

This is the most well appointed VRBO we have ever rented. They have really thought of everything. Beach chairs, beach towels, spices, and oils, really nice pans, comfortable furniture and bedding.The pools are lovely. They are well maintained and clean. The hot tubs are awesome, also very well maintained and clean. Constantly saw staff cleaning and painting and keeping the place up.We cooked most of our meals there and loved it. Coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean was lovely every day. Close enough to shopping where it did not seem like a big deal to leave to go pick up something at the grocery store.We will certainly come back to this gem in North Topsail

One of the nicest places at Villa Capriani. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Lots of small things to enhance your stay (ie. snacks, coffee, hair brushes, chairs and beach towels, etc). Brinnan was in consistent contact to make sure all is well. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo! The communication with the host was great; we enjoyed the very comfy beds and excellent linens. This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family for a short beach getaway. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need when traveling with a family! Amazing views!

As you walk in you immediately notice the beauty of the beach through the living room windows and patio door. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is in the closet of the main bedroom. If you forgot your wireless chargers, no worries they have one in every room. So happy with my decision to stay here.

Fabulous Beach Family Celebration

Had a wonderful time staying at Bikini Bottom condo! Six of us took our 85 year old mother there for her birthday and this place did not disappoint. The elevator made it really convenient and one floor unit was just as described. Beautiful, modern, very clean, and the balcony view of the ocean was priceless. Ample room for all of us and a short walk to the pool and lovely wide beach. Unit was well stocked with necessities and plenty of kitchenware. Complex community was nicer than expected and well maintained. One of the nicest VRBO rentals I've experienced. The host was very pleasant answering my questions before the trip regarding accessibility for my mom. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this stay. Thank you!
