Best of both worlds. Easily head into Ptown or Wellfleet for dinner or, if you want a private setting away from the world to swim, sit in the sun and read, you have it. Sitting on 2 acres, at the end of a private road, it's like living in a tree house with large grounds surrounding you for complete privacy.
Beautifully decorated with no details overlooked, this house is perfect for entertaining and spending time with your family and friends. With a grand living room complete with a pool table, bar and large seating area, along with a separate library for more intimate conversation, it's a perfect house to spend time together without feeling too crowded. With a large yard, and deck you can also find plenty of quiet areas to escape right on the property. Enjoy dinner and cocktails on the large deck off the kitchen while you enjoy the sunset. A large fenced in private pool and a big yard can provide endless hours of exploring and fun times with the kids.

Perfect Cape Cod Home

We loved our week in this lovely home. It is a stunning property in the ideal location. The house feels private, yet it is within easy reach of shops and the beach. It is gorgeous inside and out. The interior is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well-equipped, it was sparkling clean, and the layout allows for plenty of space for a family. The pool is situated among trees and feels secluded. We enjoyed all of our meals on the back deck, which looks out on treetops. We would be thrilled to return on our next Cape vacation. Highly recommended!

Truro Gem

First, the property was perfect for our group of 8 (adults and children). The home itself is exquisite, and nicely tucked away while being close to everything. The minute you walk in, it feels like home (a very beautifully decorated home). Our host, Alina, was super attentive, gracious and very helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was ideal to have the family room and the sunroom/den apart from each other…so adults could have a quiet and relaxing space, but still be able to keep an eye on the kids. Very big bonus to have 3 full bathrooms plus the outside shower. Ample parking and very secure. We will be coming back every summer (please : ))

Excellent summer stay with group of friends

We chose this listing based on the proximity to Provincetown, Wellfleet, and the nearby beaches, but also for the secluded feel to it as our first trip with our friends in a couple of years! Alina was an excellent, responsive host, and the house was perfect for our group of 7 adults to have as our home base for the week rather than staying right in the middle of P-town. We ended up enjoying the house, pool, and amenities so much that we weren't even disappointed by the couple of grey days during our stay. The hosts were very generous in the use of their kitchen and other items, and the heated pool was a great touch. We loved it and would come back without hesitation!

Lovely stay on the Cape

This property was very nice for my family’s stay. This property has a good number of stairs so was a bit difficult for elderly but fine for others. Owner was very responsive.
