Very happy with our choice

We were very surprised with the size of the accommodation, it was much bigger than expected. Everything was very clean. Check in staff friendly. Pool and game room a bonus for the kids. Important to note is that the restaurant is not open in the winter. Would love to come back again in the summer.

Spacious, updated, and nice and clean. It was nice and quiet and close to skiing and also the Woodstock Inn.

I enjoyed the location, was very close to restaurants, ice castle. But was unhappy that we had adjoining rooms and could hear the people next door very clear and they had kids that were up very early. Also heard a dog barking

I have to be honest ... although it’s clean and not a bad place to stay.. our neighbors kept us up all night.. so loud! We ended up leaving at 4:30 a.m. to get home two and half hours away to sleep.

Good overall. But the AC was not working in our unit. It was a muggy rainy night. Both my boyfriend and I ended up having a sleepless night, before going up the mountains the next morning! There was no one at reception at this hour (we got stuck in traffic, of course, and arrived after 8 pm when the reception closes).

Perfect getaway especially in the winter

This was a wonderful winter weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised to have a large cottage/condo unit for ourselves. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a full kitchen, dining/sitting area and a fireplace was absolutely perfect. The beds weren't the most comfortable but they were clean. One of the bathroom shower heads didn't work and the water had to be on full blast to be hot but this was minor. A kitchen with all the amenities and a clean spacious affordable unit made this a near perfect weekend. It was lovely having access to the indoor pool that was extremely clean and a game room. My kids loved it and are already planning that our annual trip needs to be at this place.

The facility is beautiful. My only communication issue was actually through Expedia. It worked out in my favor, but still, was not updated from expedia on a room change.
