Very friendly staff. Room adequate and comfortable. Breakfast disappointing, everything was cold, scrambled egg was in one big lump.

What can I say room clean, convenient location to the centre of Norwich. Food also good value for money but unfortunately was woken up at 6 o’clock. Due to a water leak coming from room 17, which is above room 10 mentioned to reception at 6:30 and They were aware of the leak from room 17, which they thought was fixed but it wasn’t. I have given them him five stars because they completely refunded the room. Happy to stay there in the future. 👍
