Rooms were spotless..very friendly staff..nothing was too much trouble...breakfast were yummy...definitely use this B and B again..highly recommended...

Lovely place

Lovely area to stay , clean and friendly staff with a great breakfast to set you up for the day . Well placed for getting out and about to see the local area. Would stay there again .

Great B&B and base on edge of Norwich

The room we had, room 4 was superb, large with a window view over looking fields and a view into the distance. Large room very comfortable beds, two wardrobes, tv and every tea and coffee you could want. Breakfast was superb!

Lovely family room with two separate bedrooms, kitchenette in the main bedroom and wet room off the second bedroom. All very clean, modern and well-presented. Also, a lovely breakfast with multiple cooked options.

Great find, really reasonable, yif you dont link and old tired hotel in Norfolk - this is perfect. The breackfast was 10/10 inc the service.

Excellent stay.

The hotel is set in wonderful settings, looking across arable fields. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable throughout. All the staff were pleasant and polite. The English breakfast was freshley cooked to order and catered for my Gluten Free diet. Ideal for touring all the sights of Norfolk. Happy to stay there again when I visit the area.

Comfortable accomodation

Comfortable guest house accomodation. Friendly staff. Off road parking. Very nice cooked breakfast ! Arrived by motorcycle. Good base location to explore the surrounding areas.

A great base to explore the area. On the outskirts of Norwich but feeling of being in the country. Excellent for going from the airport. Noise certainly not a problem. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all would stay again and recommend.

Away for work

This was a one night stay for work. I was in room 8. Met by Jaqueline, who text at the start of the day to ask what time I was arriving and then called me when I was 6 minutes away. Breakfast (included in the price of room) is not served until 7:30am, so I could not have it due to my work commitment - would be useful to post breakfast times on post for venue. Room was really comfortable, spacious, TV was good , Wifi was okay. Ensuite was lovely. Free parking. In room 8 there was a fridge and a microwave along with a plate and cutlery. Plenty of tea and coffee with kettle as well.

Great accomodation, microwave in room a bonus. Not a criticism but a small fridge would be great. Staff were friendly and efficient, lovely breakfast and easy parking. The local area has a mix of eateries and shops Definitely recommend and will use again when in the area
