Smooth efficient check in, clean room. Shower was like a slow leak of water rather than an actual shower. Bath impossible to fill with non existent water pressure.

The young lady on reception gave us an upgrade on arrival , to a room with a pitch view . She also arranged for us to have room service so that we could watch the match as the restaurant was so busy . She really went above and beyond to make our stay special

The mattress was badly bowed so we kept rolling into the middle all the time, the AC unit was very loud, on all night and we couldn't switch it off, the toilet was very loud when you flush it like it had a macerator even though we were on the third floor and the shower head only went to shoulder height.

The welcome when I arrived was much appreciated. Any interaction I had with the staff at reception was some of the most professional, yet friendly, I’ve experienced. That alone, would make be want to stay here again. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfy.
