We had a lovely stay and on arrival we were upgraded which was a fantastic surprise. Everything about are stay was amazing. Would highly recommend.

The staff are extremely polite and attentive. All of the facilities are clean and well kept. The pool and spa has something for everyone. I’ve never felt so relaxed, even just 30 minutes away from home.

Nice hotel
Posted Feb. 8, 2024 on HotelsIt was a nice hotel and beautiful grounds, lovely room decor and colour. My friend got a cute birthday card which was a very touching addition and appreciated. Pool was nice and big, hot tub a bit small for a health club probably fit 4/5 max. for the price point, and given that it’s meant to be a spa hotel, it was disappointing that additional fees were payable to use the pool/leisure facilities at £10pp and hiring robes £6pp etc. My advice is to factors those in. Other hotels have these fees included so it’s a bit annoying. The ladies changing room needs updating quite a bit, didn’t take photos but quite a bit of wear and tear with paint, things broken etc. Toiletries are pretty awful for a luxury spa hotel, take your own everything basically. Breakfast was good, but strangely no cheese selection.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful outdoor location where you can walk and enjoy a cuppa . Spa and other leisure facilities available at extra cost. Repeat customers for sure.

We enjoyed a two-night stay in a well-appointed and comfortable room looking out over a herb garden and fields. The room was very quiet despite a storm raging outside on one of the nights. We had nice buffet breakfasts in the dining room but dined elsewhere. The lounge bar for drinks and snacks was also very comfortable.
