We are a family-run corporate letting and serviced accommodation business who pride ourselves on offering the guest everything they need for an enjoyable stay whether it be for business or for pleasure.

We are very experienced and professional, the level of interaction is decided by you.

As super hosts, we are available as you need us, we love answering questions and providing recommendations and we have a brilliant house manual for those who prefer to explore for themselves.

You are set in the heart of Norwich centre, you walk out of the building and up some steps onto a road full of cafe's bars and shops.

It's a short 2-minute walk to the Norwich lanes where you can find the popular Grosvenor Fish Bar, which is a traditional fish and chip shop, with a twist.

After a quick lunch, we suggested exploring one of the oldest, most fascinating buildings in Norwich - Strangers' Hall.

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals with ease, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a full set of cookware. The adjoining dining space is perfect for enjoying meals together or setting up a laptop for remote work.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with plush double beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Please note: Our flat sits in the lively centre of Norwich, with fantastic shops and restaurants just outside your door – perfect for soaking up the city's charm. As with any central location, there may occasionally be some evening sounds from nearby restaurants and their evening clear-down. Most guests say the unbeatable location more than makes up for it.

The house is located in a heart of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.

This cosy apartment is located in the central area of Norwich with a 10 minutes walk to get to the city centre and quick access to the main transport routes such as the A47 if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads.

If you are visiting with your friend or family we suggest you visit Mousehold Heath for the best sunsets in Norwich. It takes around 5 minutes to drive, but every minute of that is worth the view.

However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

Bohemian styled apartment

Very glam, loved the quirky decor. All appliances top of the range. Check in was quick & Donna was very helpful. Great location & not too noisy at night. In the second bedroom there is a lovely blind, but it doesn’t block out the light so take an eye mask. We were really grateful for the 3 fans provided. But I’d advise ear plugs if you wanted the windows open rather than a fan to keep you cool.

After hours of research I chose this unit for our stay in Norwich and as the days went by the more I appreciated everything about the unit and the location! Will recommend staying here to anyone looking to easily access all of Norwich or for those days where you don't want to leave your apartment!

Hidden gem in Norwich

This property is a hidden gem. It’s clean, well presented, decorated to a high standard. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Plenty of storage space. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and equipment in the kitchen to make your stay a home from home. It’s all within a short walk from the city centre and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the showing street. I also like the fact that there is secure street level parking in the spacious garage. Overall I would definitely return.
