Room was cold and soles and the shower didn’t work properly and the water luke warm. The chicken burger was very poor and almost £20. Only positive was the breakfast which was good.
Everything was to a very high standard; lobby & reception clean, team friendly and attentive, room was really lovely, great view with double aspect windows.
Will definitely recommend.
Only tip is that directions for nearby parking should be better on listing - ended up parking miles away and found nearer on walk from carpark to hotel.

Nice size room on top floor but bed was extremely hard along with the pillows. Heating wasn't great and we found mould along one side of the duvet cover. Everything else was fine.

The ac didn’t even work in the room it was freezing I stayed 2 days I have complaint the first day and no body offered to change room as I had a baby in the room the day after they offered me in the night after being there for 2 days then they offered to change rooms was very disappointed

Arrived half hour early and couldnt check in as room wasnt ready waited 40 mins and no one approached us to say it was ready, then had to stand in a queue , was put in a dated disabled room which i dont understand why when i never booked that roomand which clearly did need some TLC ,stayed for 2 nights but struggled with heating on 1st night and then came to shower on 2nd night and no hot water, had to move rooms at 5 oclock on last evening which we were not expecting the upheaval. New room was more nicer and had hot water and heating worked..Always stop in Leonardo hotels but this was the first time with any issues.

The hotel and room was spotlessly clean. All Staff were lovely and polite.
Lovely stay conveniently located. Nice room but no water or biscuits and towel was not replaced restaurant not open so complimentary vouchers not much use. Staff very nice and breakfast nice.

Good check in. Staff friendly, professional and effecient.
Corridor cool, room cold, bathroom very cold. Heating did not appear to work.
Room was not cleaned, despite putting the sign on the door. Had to go to receptoon for fresh towels.
Breakfast good. Ate dinner in hotels, also good and very good value.
Noticed at 10.30 pm on Friday that a used room service tray had been placed in the corrodor. It was still there midday Saturday.
Not a great stay, room being so cold really impacted stay.
