Nice hotel. Booked a twin room but got a family room! Ideal for a short stay if visiting Motorpoint Arena. Not the Ritz but great for the price. Will definitely stay again if I’m going to an event in Nottingham 👍

The bed was ok, clean sheets and towels but smell a bit strange, for one night after party is a good, for this price you can not complain. Is loud in there you can hear everything, they can add earplugs for every room that will be nice. Overall not that bad 😊

The staff we good and the room was ok, the mattress on the bed was very poor. the other cliental guests were very rough, they were clearly living fulltime in the hotel on some kind of government payment scheme. i will not stay there again.

The check in was easy enough and the lady on the desk was welcoming and friendly. There was a fusty smell throughout the corridors. The room comprised of a hallway that lead to a kitchen which led to the bathroom and the bedroom. The only heated rooms were the bedroom and the hallway. The kitchen smelt of cigarette smoke and was really cold the bathroom was also very cold and smelt damp. The bed was comfy slid across the floor and moved easily on several occasions my bed had moved away from the head board and my pillow fell down the back of the bed which led to a night of broken sleep that ended just before 6 am when someone in the courtyard below decided to drag a biffer bin loudly across the yard creating a lot of noise in the process. When attempting to shower, the water pressure was non existent and the temperature of the shower was freezing and eventually became luke warm after several minutes waiting to see if it would get any warmer. My room had no towels upon arrival resulting in a trip down several flights of stairs and venturing through the smelly corridors to retrieve the towels. I am not sure whether the room had been thoroughly serviced before I arrived the floor had definitely not recently been vacuumed and there was a mysterious sticky patch right next to the bed. For the price I expected basic. I did not expect poor amenities and unclean facilities. Needless to say I left as soon as I got dressed and would not return or recommend to others.

This is good clean secure accomodation, ideal as an economic place to rest your head. No luxuries but everything worked well. No soap provided, just one mini shower gel. Not a problem but just not what we expected so we had to buy once there. It is also one of the few hotels offering twin rooms and parking. Not everyone travels with a sleeping partner and I am bemused that so often only doubles are on offer.

Felt more like a one bedroom house rather than a hotel, had a kitchen, living room, TV, dining room bathroom, and bedroom on second floor. Staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I only stayed for a night but I would absolutely stay here again.

The reception staff were ok, friendly and doing their job. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The corners of the rooms were very dusty and dirty, including the bathroom. The kitchen was unuseable. There was no cutlery or crockery, or glasses, and the oven was covered in spilled food. The microwave was rusted out and unusable. However the bed linen was clean and the twin beds were comfortable. The TV was fixed high up on the wall, with not many stations to watch, and the chairs were very uncomfortable. The shops were not near enough to walk to. The parking was in front of the building so the vehicle was safe.

The worst hotel experience ever. Just a nightmare. We paid ÂŁ109 for two nights, which is way more than in Travelodge, for example. And expected something more than just what Travelodge can offer. But what we received was a horror movie. It looked like a dirty shelter for homeless people - dirty bedding with blood stains and huge holes, someone's long hair everywhere (in our beds, first of all), even toilet paper roll was used and dirty. But the worst of it all was a mattress - impossible to sleep on, consisted only of springs, which should have been thrown away many years ago. After spending the first night on this instrument of torture, my ill mum simply couldn't get up and had horrible pains in her whole body. The second night destroyed her health even more. This is unheard of. We weren't just shamelessly robbed by this "hotel", we had to pay our money for our own torture!! SHAME ON YOU AND WE DEMAND OUR MONEY BACK!!!
