The house is divided into three units. This holiday flat, another holiday flat and the landlord's living area. This 74 m2 holiday flat is divided into a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two balconies, one by the kitchen and a larger one facing the sea. In the garden area there is a very nice 29 m2 swimming pool, which is shared by three residential units. The pool area is available from 11:00 to 18:00. The pool is in operation from 01.06.-15.09.
