Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn 500 m2 trees, swimming pool angular, with privacy (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises.
