This spacious and light-filled room offers a king bed and an additional single bed, ideal for families or friends travelling together. With ample space to unwind, it provides both comfort and flexibility. Guests have access to shared living areas, kitchen facilities, family room, games room and outdoor spaces including the backyard and BBQ area.

Essentials provided including towels, shampoo, shower gel.

Shared Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, Oven etc...

FREE WIFI within the house.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Our house has totally 7 bedrooms to rent out , You can book any room or the entire house., consult us before making reservation, we can give you best suggestions.

**Please note there is only shared living room, shared dining room, shared laundry room. shared kitchen, shared family room , shared entertainment area, Shared BBQ& Pingpong area.

** Regarding parking, you can park your car on the grass area which is at right hand side of the house.

** Shared outdoor pool and backyard



Guest Access:

Please treat the place as your home during your stay.



You are invited to cook in the shared kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.



Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the microwave after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the microwave is found uncleaned after use.



Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, appliances are switched off.



Please return the keys back to lockbox when you check out.

Other Things to Note:

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm.



Additional Rules:

*No pets are allowed.



*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.



*NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.

Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.



LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).



DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.



Interaction with Guests:

We will send detailed house guide link one day before your arrival ,and lockcode to open the gate and collect keys from lockbox will be sent by 3pm on your check in date.
