whole lobby / bar area smells of cigarette smoke due to smoking room doors being open, not acceptable in 2023

Absolutely loved it. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Food was amazing staff friendly and most spoke English

When a “suite” requires a walk up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator you should disclose that up front. Also the front desk should be better staffed such that you don’t have to wait so long for check in/check out…
