The staff of the hotel was friendly, and all time they are available to assist you. Just only routes outside of the hotel should be repaired.

I was expecting excellent service because I knew the Hotel was founded in the 50s by Austrian entrepreneurs that came to Peru to start a good Hotel in the Andeans. However, my wife and I were very disappointed by the lack of Internet and other services, like Taxi or tour information. The Internet was down during the night, and they were extremely slow to return the service. The very disappointing fact was the additional $10/day they charged at the end. Thus, in addition to Hotels.com chargers, there were hidden fees that I had never encountered in any other country. I indicate that I always travel with a USA passport and use this to check-in.

La limpieza del lugar deficiente y la ubicación no concuerda con la indicado en la aplicación.
