Playa Royale Residence Club Condo at Paradise Village in Puerto Vallarta
Ocean View - 9th Floor of the 3rd Tower in the Playa Royale Residence Club at Paradise Village, literally dead center with a massive balcony to enjoy spectacular views and incredible sunsets. This is a luxurious and very spacious condo for all your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation comfortably. Our condo has three large bedrooms with three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have two full size beds each. The family room has a pull out sofa to accommodate more guests. Plenty of room for everyone! There's a large dining room table to enjoy meals, drinks or play games all night on. The massive balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and several chaise lounges to enjoy the amazing views. There are three sliding glass doors to access the balcony from the master bedroom, family room and dining room.
The pools (kids & adult) and ocean are right in front of you with a short trip down the elevator and walk through the lobby. Chairs and umbrellas in the sand are waiting for you with a great poolside restaurant with affordable meals and drinks, GREAT happy hour specials.
There's a free shuttle bus around the Paradise Village Property which includes a shopping center five minute away or a ten minute walk. Most Paradise Village facilities are available for Playa Royale guests including theme dinner nights, pools and restaurants. We highly recommend Fiesta Night! The Plaza Shopping Center/Mall has many shops, restaurants, take out/delivery. Additional local restaurants include seafood/Italian, Mexican, Subway, Dominos, McDonalds takeout/delivery and more. Concierge provides reservations at local restaurants, excursions, El Tigre golf, tennis, athletic club and information on a host of activities.
Wi-Fi is set up in the unit, there's a purified water system throughout the resort and a lovely staff to accommodate any of your needs. Plenty of activities for kids and adults all day long or just lay on the beach or by the pool with cocktails all day long. Playa Royale is your home away from home!
