The resort was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. It had it all including a beach, two large warm pools, gym, game room and a dining option. It was also next to a Tortugero. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing that was acknowledged, addressed but never fixed (master bathroom shower only had hot water). Also it would have been nice to have had an iron and usable cooking pans (not oxidized) in the room. These were all minor issues and I would still highly recommend this condo because of the resort, location and friendly staff.
