The Space:

The Pacific has a way of setting the pace here - mornings start slowly, with garden light filtering through the windows and warm coastal air drifting in from the bay. This waterfront condo in the Flamingos area near Nuevo Vallarta is built for exactly that kind of unhurried living: beach days that stretch past sunset, poolside afternoons with nowhere to be, and evenings spent over a home-cooked meal with the balcony door open.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 beds. The sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional sleeping space - this works best for children, as it is a standard sofa rather than a sofa bed. Rooms are fitted with room-darkening shades, cotton linens, air conditioning, a safe, closet storage, and a mosquito net to keep nights cool and comfortable. Families travelling with little ones will find the unit thoughtfully stocked: pack 'n play/travel crib, paid crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children's books and toys, board games, and babysitter recommendations are all available.

 

Outdoor living

Your private patio or balcony overlooks the garden - an easy spot to start the day with coffee or wind down in the evening. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area make it natural to stay outside longer, and an outdoor shower is right there for rinsing off after the beach. A fully fenced private backyard adds more space to spread out at your own pace.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, blender, wine glasses, cooking basics, and everything you need in terms of dishes and silverware. An indoor dining table and an outdoor kitchen give you options depending on the mood - whether you prefer a proper sit-down meal or something more casual in the open air.

 

Resort amenities & recreation

Being part of a waterfront resort community means access to a solid range of shared amenities steps from your door. The outdoor pool is the natural anchor for most afternoons. When you want to mix things up, the shared sauna and shared gym - equipped with an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, workout bench, and yoga mat - are both on-site. A movie theater, ping pong table, and pool table round out the social options, all without leaving the complex.

 

Beach & water

Direct beach access is one of the property's strongest draws. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, and snorkeling gear are provided, so you can head straight to the shore without stopping anywhere first.

 

Comfort, access & parking

The unit is single level with no interior stairs, and the building is served by an elevator. Self check-in is available, with building staff on hand 24 hours a day. Free parking is available both in the on-premises garage and on the street. The unit includes WiFi, a free washer, and a free dryer. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

 

Location

Flamingos sits along a quieter stretch of the Pacific coast, close to Nuevo Vallarta but removed from the busiest tourist activity. The area is known for its warm year-round climate, easy beach access, and genuinely relaxed pace - well suited to families, couples, and small groups who want beach and resort access without the noise of a more crowded destination.



Important notes for guests: The maximum capacity of 5 guests integrates adults, children, and babies equally, as per condominium rules - the platform does not charge for babies under 2 years old or count them in the total capacity, so please take this into account personally to avoid misunderstandings upon arrival. It is important to note that the maximum capacity is 5 people, with guest number 5 being a minor under 15 years old. The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests, and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.
