Nice urban base

Perfect place for exploring Nürnberg, located in an urban residential neighborhood with lots of character. We came during Christmas time, and managed to enjoy from the balcony a band on the street playing carols. Although it was no problem for us, a negative for others could be that the building has no lift.

einfach, sehr einfach - richtig rustikal

Wer es einfach, sehr einfach mag - vielleicht auch ein bissel rustikal ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist teilweise mit einfachsten Möbel ausgestattet. Man sitzt auf Klappstühlen, keine Couch oder. Die Heizung sind Gas-Einzelöfen und zwei 600 Watt infrarot-Heizungen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Der zweite Schlafraum erreich man nur den durch den ersten Schlafraum. Die Matratzen sind passabel.

Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen zur Ubahn Station und hat für vier Personen Platz.Bei der Ankunft war leider ein Fenster geöffnet und bei 4 Grad Aussentemperatur, war die Wohnung stark ausgekühlt. Trotz einschalten der Heizungselemte bekamen wir die Wohnung nicht warm. Nutella welches wir mitgebracht hatten für das Frühstück haben wir im Backofen wieder Streichfähig gemacht.Auch die Warmwassertherme brachte kein Warmwasser zustande, so blieb das morgendliche Bad nur als Katzenwäsche übrig.Für die Sommermonate ist die Wohnung wohl zu empfehlen.Die Wohnungsinhaberin hatte sich zu unserer Kritik, nach abreise nicht geäußert.Wir hatten zum Glück nur eine Nacht gebucht.
