Initial view is that the hotel generally is a quality option, but there are shortcomings given this is rated as a 5* facility; The rooms are clearly due for refurbishment internally; The aircon in one half of the gym was not working; Only 3 restaurants available for evening dinner and often we turned away from eating around the 6pm time slot as they were booked up that evening or evening after; we had to book at least 2 days ahead in the end; Furthermore, the restaurants often did not have any of the duck or lamb dishes on the menu and sometimes certain drinks were unavailable to us and this occurred a number of times. Content with this holiday, but would I return, probably not.

Staff are wonderful. Very beautiful set up. May be some maintenance needed for de things in bathroom like leakage check of water etc. Also would like to have a little verity with menu items on few days .. we loved the place otherwise. Spa service can be better

We had a nice stay at Nusa Dua beach hotel, major highlights were the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet and the great gym with modern clean equipment. However the rooms were not at the standard I personally expected for the price range and the 5 star hotel rating. Rooms definitely need updating, bar fridges and aircon not cold enough. The hotel is also very large and has a confusing layout. I have been to Bali many times however have not stayed in Nusa Dua previously. The hotel and entire area is in a gated type community which is fairly isolating and doesn't feel like real Bali but this is just my opinion! If you like a resort type holiday and would like to sit by the pool relaxing then it would suit you, but for the price point I feel this hotel doesnt offer value for money.

Flawless, property amazing, service 10/10. Close to perfect. Only issue is that its not walkable to the rest of Nusa Dua, you need a taxi to get out. If you like living in a bubble then this is the place to be. The breakfast restaurant is one of the best I have been to.
